Home Calisthenics Workout Program (No equipment)

This workout plan is meant for people who want to start working out for the first time, as well as people with a fitness background who want to take their physique and strength to the next level with calisthenics. The only specific equipment recommended for these workouts is a fitness mat (you can also use a rug or carpet instead). Everything else can be found in all homes!

If you don’t have access to equipment, don’t want to spend money on equipment or a gym membership, travel a lot, or want to save time, this workout plan is perfect for you!

The workout program contains 4 upper-body and 3 lower-body workouts. These workouts are adaptative to your fitness level as several progressions are presented and can be followed for several months as you progress in your fitness level. The duration of the workouts can go from less then an hour to more depending on the number of sets you can do.

All the exercises are linked to a demonstration video. Some of the videos contain further progressions demonstrations and detailed technique instructions in the video description.
